Shipping/Delivery

Handmade items ship in 3 to 10 business days. If you need an item shipped quicker, please contact us before purchasing and we will try to accommodate for a small rush fee.

All props include insurance and delivery confirmation. 

Shipping is NOT included in the price, please be sure to contact us prior to checking out for your shipping quote. Remember we are based out of Ontario Canada so we can use Canada Post, FedEx or UPS for shipping methods!

Insurance is included on props so if there happens to be a problem due to mishandling by mail carriers please contact us right away and we will be more than willing to solve the problem.

We do not guarantee refunds on any items. It is on a per-case basis.
