We do not guarantee refunds on any items. It is on a per-case basis. 

Insurance is included on all shipments, so if there happens to be a problem (lost, damaged, etc.) please contact us right away and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue as best we can. 

If you purchase an item and wish to cancel your order, please note we charge a 10% fee minimum. Although since most of our items are made-to-order this is subject to change.
